Nordic Walking taster session with Evie

£10 for a 30 minutes don’t be shy give it a try taster session.

A 30 minute session to try Nordic Walking to see if its for you,  we will talk you through the benefits of walking with poles and you can try the power of the poles for your self, we will also demonstrate Nordic Walking.

Nordic walking beginners course

£50 for 3 x 1 hr sessions 1:1 or with friends.  

This is a beginners course suitable for all fitness levels and designed specifically to suit your needs. Once you have completed this then you can join any of our weekly Nordic Walks.

We will talk first to discuss any problems or struggles you may have and then I shall teach you to walk firstly with out poles and then to Nordic walk with poles using the (INWA) British Nordic Walking 10 steps program.

You will then start to see the real benefits of walking with poles which include improving your posture, balance and natural walking style and how checking in with your body in a green space really helps not only your fitness but also your mental wellbeing.

Weekly walks based in beautiful green spaces both in Cirencester and Stroud. These are 1hr walks that include a warm up and a cool down and are fitness based. These are fun, chatty walks where you will exercise with out even knowing!! We walk the seasons and in all weather.

No one will be left behind, you walk at a pace that suits you and we work around each other.

Nordic walking personalised technique session

£30 per 1hr session 1:1

Hone your Nordic Walking technique to fully master the (INWA) 10 steps, perfect for people who have already completed the beginners course or already Nordic Walk

Returning to fitness after an injury or an operation, we can help you get back to moving again and set personal goals that are realistic and achievable for you to get up and going.

Have 1 on 1 support to build your confidence to improve your natural walk and balance.
