Evie has lived in the Stroud area her whole life and can be mostly found on one of wonderful commons across the 5 valleys Nordic walking and cold dipping.

I have always walked, always been involved in some sort of keep fit and love being outdoors. But I found myself in a real slump with no motivation or desire to join back up to any kind of keep fit or gym classes, I needed something else which was more than just walking.
When I found out about Nordic Walking, well… It felt like a revelation! The more I read and researched the more it made sense. So that was it, my Nordic Walking journey began.
Evie has since trained as a British Nordic walking instructor with INWA, has obtained a personal development course with British Nordic walking ‘Nordic walking for Parkinsons and related conditions’ and holds an Outdoor First Aid certificate. Evie is fully insured.
